Sorry About This Week
But no blog this week, as I've been sick, yucky sick, but still working my buns off.
Made it to the Fancy Food show at the Javits though, it was just okay. They did have some fantastic organic gin from Britain, and a wonderful Dutch cheese called Parrano.
Walked into work today feeling the best I have in a full week, and was hit with an order for 10 distinct cakes, due tomorrow at 12 noon. Isn't that great?

Do you ever consider going back to the B&B? It seemed like a much better job (hours wise at least) and a lot less stressful. I am sure innkeeping is very stressful, but I am not surprised you are sick given the insane hours you work. Have you considered working for another place where you do not have to do the work of two people?
anyone ever tell you that you work too much? Glad to hear you are feeling better!
